The Next Chapter of Crypto Regulations

Introduction

Eric
Today I'm joined by SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce for our third conversation. At a critical moment for crypto regulation, the SEC's role in shaping the future of digital assets has never been more important, and this discussion dives into what's next. We talk about the newly formed Crypto Task Force, what needs to change, and how the US can foster innovation while ensuring clarity for investors. As someone who wants to see crypto innovation thrive in the United States, I'm excited for this conversation. Please enjoy my discussion with Commissioner Hester Peirce.

Thank you again for coming on the podcast. This is actually my third interview, and in preparation I was looking back at all the times we've spoken and there was a piece that you wrote that made me think so. But in our first podcast we talked about lifeguards and beaches and a way to have proper regulation.
