This is Eric Golden and my guest today is Dan Matuszewski, co-founder of CMS Holdings. If you follow Dan on Twitter, you recognize him as one of the wittiest and most fun voices in crypto. In this episode we cover a wide variety of topics, including Dan's successful trading career that led to the launch of CMS, a proprietary trading firm, why he is so attracted to this space and how, from his perspective, markets have evolved over the past few years. We also discuss the importance and mechanics of stable clients. And it is worth pointing out, we recorded this before they became front page news last week. Please enjoy my conversation with Dan Matuszewski.

From TradFi to Crypto

Eric
So today I've Dan Matuszewski, founder and partner of CMS, which is, by far, one of the most fun investment organizations I've ever interacted with. They have a great Twitter profile that's both funny, it has levity, and it also gives you constant updates of the market. So, Dan, I thought an interesting place to start was just your origin story. You were in trade fire, the hedge fund world, but you were also extremely early into crypto, which I think gives you a unique perspective of how the industry grew up and how you've evolved in that space. So why don't you take us back to your early years and when you started in crypto?
