This is a wide-ranging discussion on the economy with Samuel Rines, economist, author, and Managing Director of Corbu. We cover where we are in the economic cycle, excuseflation, the state of the consumer and the different sectors of the American economy. Sam, thanks for joining today. This is going to be a fun one as we're broadening the depth of the show here. So when people think about the Federal Reserve and monetary policy, a lot of people like to go on TV and tell you what they would do if they were Chairman of the Fed. And it's an easy question, maybe that's something we'll get to later. But I don't really care if someone who's a market participant, what you think the Fed should do.
