George, thank you for doing this today. I'm excited to have this conversation. I think just an interesting place to start was I've heard you on a couple of other podcasts and it reminded me of a lot of the people that I was lucky enough to work under coming up in the investment management business. Maybe just give us a thumbnail sketch of your career, how it started, how you came to be in the investment world.
