At least to me, I think what's so interesting is if you're an owner or whatever, the decision maker who's making the hire, you sort of want to believe that you can win via a strategy advantage, right. Or a technical advantage. And you sort of like... Because it's easier to identify those things, you know what I'm saying?

And so in this case it's like, man, I think part of the reason coordinators get hired is they can explain. I'm going to create this tactical advantage through this. You guys remember when the Notre Dame coach got hired from the Patriots? Charlie Weis, I still remember his interview, which I remember in the moment being like, this is one of the craziest things I've ever seen somebody say.

He's like, we have a significant strategic advantage walking into every game, basically because he was a former NFL head coach. And I was like wow, that can't last. And of course it wasn't, he wasn't as successful and I don't know him at all. But even just that belief, you can't really think that. I think if you're in the head coaching world, you know.
