Introduction

Ravi
All right, so this week we have my friend Brian Halligan, who is the Executive Chairman of HubSpot and is the founder and was the CEO for 15 years before stepping into the exec chairman role. And Brian, in addition to being the father of inbound marketing, is also just an amazing leader. He's a CEO coach now, and it's not his career that makes him interesting, even though it's incredible.

Founder of a climate change firm, professor at MIT, senior advisor at Sequoia. It's that he can kind of look into your soul when it comes to leadership and just help. And he's got this incredible piece of writing. He's written a couple books. Huge Grateful Dead fan, but he's written a couple books.

Alex
Huge Deadhead.

Ravi
Deadhead.

Alex
I think he'd be upset if we left that off the resume.

Ravi
I agree with you. I think he's been to like hundreds of concerts, hundreds of Grateful Dead concerts, but then most recently just published this thing of everything he's ever learned from leading at HubSpot that I sent to you guys. And it's just gold. It's just absolute gold. And we have a Glue Guys shout out in there.
