Fatherhood

Introduction

Ravi
All right, boys, special topic today. Even more special than, I think, a typical topic. We're gonna talk about fatherhood today. I think the spur for this, Alex, was actually your Instagram reel you sent to us, the one of Geno from UConn. You should describe it, and then, you know, I can tell you why it made me think that we should talk about being dads.

Alex
Shamelessly on Instagram. I saw this reel. It's Geno Auriemma, right? Is that how you say his name?

Ravi
Yeah, yep.

Pressure to Perform

Alex
Obviously the UConn women's basketball coach. I don't know how many titles he's won—an absurd amount. And he was talking about one of his players' experience with their parents coming to a game. Obviously all his players' parents travel, some further than others, and come to games. And this idea of being in the car to and from a sporting event or any activity with your parent, and really the after-the-fact, the drive home right after a game.
